In 2016, we ran an animal sanctuary with a restaurant and retreat in the mountains near Lake Como.
Horses, cows, cats, dogs, and every weekend guests in search of peace, inspiration, and delicious food…
One day, Tatjana began experimenting with raw vegan cheese—made from almonds, cashews, and much more.
The cheese was so good and was so well-received that an entire cheese collection was born: the Formaggio delle Coccole.
